KIP Protocol launches The Uprising event to create a Web3 AI data economy ecosystem.
AI Data Platform KIP Protocol Launches The Uprising Event
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, AI has become one of the most promising narratives of this bull market. The KIP Protocol, as the infrastructure for AI, has garnered significant attention, and its future development prospects are widely optimistic. In February of this year, the KIP Protocol received investments from several well-known Web3 institutions, including a lead investment from Animoca Ventures. Currently, the project is very popular in overseas communities.
AI is gradually changing the way humans live and work. The release of ChatGPT-4 this year has brought users a more intelligent experience, but it has also sparked some controversies regarding copyright and data. For example, OpenAI was recently accused of using the voice of Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson without authorization, raising public concerns about the sources of AI training data.
The three main elements of AI development are computing power, models, and datasets. However, many important fields' data resources are still in a monopoly state, making it difficult for ordinary users to access them, which to some extent limits the development of AI. Compared to computing power and models, high-quality data resources are often more critical in specific fields. Currently, the AI data market has not yet scaled, and its development potential should not be overlooked.
The KIP Protocol aims to provide solutions to copyright and data issues faced during AI development through the decentralized philosophy of Web3. The platform has established an open AI data and knowledge marketplace, where data, AI models, and programs are stored and assetized on-chain, expanding their application scenarios through Web3 technology and realizing ownership and value representation.
These knowledge assets are known as SFT( semi-fungible tokens ), which can serve as a source of income and be traded in the market, thereby forming a closed-loop economic model that creates value for data. Creators can package professional data onto the blockchain, authorize its use to users through trained AI models, and earn revenue, while these rights can also be traded to generate corresponding value.
KIP Protocol utilizes SFT to confirm ownership of data and knowledge, and achieves data usage and payment processes through an on-chain storage and retrieval system. This model incentivizes users to contribute high-quality data and receive corresponding rewards, while demand side obtains usage rights by paying tokens, thereby forming a virtuous economic cycle.
As the underlying protocol for Web3 AI, KIP Protocol has received high attention internationally. The project won the Chainlink Hackathon Tencent Cloud Award in 2023. In May of this year, its 400 nodes sold out in just two hours and passed the security audits by Zokyo and Beosin, achieving a high score of 98 out of a perfect score of 100, reflecting the technical strength of the team.
KIP Protocol has recently established partnerships with projects such as Open Campus, Aethir, Ultiverse, and OKX, further expanding its ecological influence.
Currently, the KIP Protocol is holding an event called The Uprising. This is the second season event (S2) following the end of the first phase of the Genesis event (S1), which started on May 27, and the deadline has not yet been announced. Users can earn points by completing social tasks, referring others, and so on. These points will be used in the future to determine the amount of token airdrop.
The Uprising event is easy to operate, with no additional costs, allowing Web3 users to participate at zero cost. The event also has various point bonus mechanisms, such as holding specific NFTs to earn extra points. Currently, the number of participants is relatively small, making it an opportunity not to be missed.
Participation steps include: binding Twitter, wallet, and Discord accounts; interacting with the official Twitter; posting relevant tweets; completing Quest tasks; inviting friends, etc. The event also provides a points boost (Boost) mechanism, including community support, referral boosts, partner assistance, and fan enhancements, etc.
To ensure fairness, the official has imposed restrictions on automatic tweeting and manipulating the recommendation system. If a user's NFTs are distributed across other wallets, they can also use the delegation function to provide point boosts for the wallets used in the activity.
Overall, the AI data economy is crucial for the development of AI, but it is still in its early stages. The KIP Protocol activates the KnowledgeFi market through a Web3 token economic model, having a first-mover advantage in the segmented track. Considering the project background, team strength, and current participation, the Uprising event is worth deep involvement.
