Circle reported a fall in the circulating supply of USDC over the past week. From August 14 to 21, Circle issued approximately 52 billion USDC but exchanged about 57 billion USDC, resulting in a net supply reduction of 5 billion USDC.
Currently, the total supply of USDC is at 67 billion tokens. Circle's reserves are estimated to reach 67.1 billion USD, including 8.4 billion USD in cash and approximately 58.8 billion USD in the Circle Reserve Fund, indicating strong financial capability and management of large-scale transactions.
