Odaily Planet Daily News Solana Mobile reported last week that 20,000 devices manufactured worldwide were sold in the United States and Europe due to the huge demand for the Solana Web3 mobile phone Saga on platform X. When trying to fulfill orders, inventory management issues with third-party distributors resulted in inaccurate inventory data. As a result, Solana Mobile is unable to fulfill orders placed after inventory is depleted. In addition, in an effort to bring Saga to as many users as possible, Solana Mobile cancels orders that have been flagged as suspicious activity due to excessive device orders or payment risks. Affected customers have been informed that their orders have been cancelled and refunds will be issued in the next few days. If the user doesn't receive a cancellation notification, then the Saga order is being processed. The Solana Mobile team prioritizes deliveries, and all shipping notifications must be sent before the end of the year.
