This is the first time I've heard of the term ETF. I checked and it seems to be a type of fund? It feels like it could be good news for us beginners! If the approval process becomes simpler, does that mean we can have easier access to Crypto Assets investment in the future?

However, I am still a bit confused. What is the SEC? Why can they decide the approval process for ETFs? Also, what does "Commodity Trust Shares" mean? It feels like there's still a long way to go in learning. Can someone explain this to me? 🙏
