Volcon has been renamed Empery Digital and has increased its holding of 303 BTC by 35.6 million dollars.
According to Foresight News, the US-listed company Volcon announced that its name has changed from Volcon Inc. to Empery Digital Inc. to align its name and branding with its new BTC fund management strategy. Starting July 31, VLCN stock will trade on Nasdaq under the new stock code 'EMPD'. Since the last update on July 28, the company has additionally purchased 303.04 Bitcoins, with a total purchase price of 35.6 million dollars. As of the time of publication, the company holds 3803.23 Bitcoins, with a total purchase price of approximately 448 million dollars, and an average purchase price of 117,706 dollars per Bitcoin.
