Many people think that contracts are a technical issue; now I tell you, it's your mindset that is wrong. Suckers, please read carefully, after all, your U didn't come from the wind.

After doing contracts for a long time, you will discover a very heart-wrenching truth: Most of the people who lose money are not because of poor skills, but because their mindset is messed up. I used to be like that, hastily looking for the next order to make up for losses after a stop loss, running away after making a little profit, but stubbornly holding on after a small loss.

I trade every day, but my account is getting lighter. During that period, I learned a lot of techniques, but I never managed to stabilize.
It wasn't until one day I completely stopped, looked back at my operation records, that I realized: the problem was never the method, but the execution, especially the execution of the mindset.

Later, I began to practice "doing less, doing slowly" - when the market is unclear, I stay in cash, write the script only when I see the signal, set the take profit and stop loss in advance, and then leave the order untouched. I only check the market once a day, execute if there's an operation, and continue to wait if not. On the contrary, since then, I've started to gradually stabilize.

Sometimes I see others making huge profits or losses overnight, while my account only changes by 2%. But I sleep soundly because I know I'm doing what was "in the plan." Now I no longer feel anxious about missing out on market trends; what matters more to me is whether I executed this trade according to my plan and whether this pace suits me. After I achieved this, I found that making money isn't actually that difficult.

If you are also experiencing anxiety, struggle, and uncertainty, consider slowing down and being steadier, setting a "rhythm" for yourself. Don't think about making a profit on every trade, but strive to understand the reason behind each trade you make.

The cryptocurrency market is filled with uncertainty and challenges. Investors participating in cryptocurrency investments should fully understand the associated risks, remain calm and rational, and adopt a prudent strategy to respond to market changes!
