The minister stated, "Emerging markets will stand out in the adoption of new technologies," noting that smaller countries may be able to act more quickly than developed countries due to their more flexible structures. "Steering a speedboat is easier than steering the Titanic," he said.
Bin Saqib also announced that a letter of intent was signed in July for training and information sharing on Bitcoin, digital asset infrastructure, and energy development for crypto mining between Pakistan and El Salvador.
