The founder of LIBRA admits that there is a conflict between Memecoin and President Milei's economic proposals.

[Coin World] According to Argentine media reports, cryptocurrency entrepreneur Hayden Davis, involved in the LIBRA project, recently submitted documents to a U.S. court, admitting for the first time that LIBRA is a Memecoin, denying it as an investment project with a commercial plan, contradicting President Javier Milei's claim that it "supports the Argentine economy." The report also revealed that during a meeting with Milei at the presidential palace on January 30 of this year, Davis's associated Wallet transferred nearly 500,000 USD to a certain trading platform, suspected to be related to project fund flows. This case involves approximately 280 million USD of frozen assets, and a hearing will be held in New York court on August 19 to examine whether Davis and his partners are suspected of manipulating LIBRA for profit.
