Venture capital close all positions LDO 70 million Tokens profit 28.13 million USD
According to on-chain data analysis, a well-known venture capital firm has recently completed the transfer of its last batch of LDO tokens. In the past 10 hours, the firm transferred the remaining 10 million LDO (worth approximately 7.42 million USD) to multiple Centralized Exchanges, and it is expected that these tokens will gradually enter the market circulation in the coming days.
This institution purchased 70 million LDO tokens directly from the Lido project at a price of $0.76 per token four years ago. In November last year, the institution sold 50 million of them at an average price of $1.31. Recently, in the last 11 days, it sold another 20 million at an average price of $0.79.
Overall, the average selling price of the investment made by the institution this time is $1.16, which represents a total investment return of about $28.13 million compared to the initial purchase price. This series of operations marks the institution's complete exit from its holdings of LDO Token.
This move has sparked market attention on the future trends of the LDO token. As the governance token of the Lido project, the price fluctuations of LDO may have a certain impact on the entire ecosystem. Investors are closely watching how this batch of newly released tokens will affect the market supply and demand balance.
