Mars Financial News, on March 17, according to Cointelegraph, Judge Douglas Rayes of the U.S. Federal Court of Arizona ruled on March 13 that crypto platform Debiex was required to return about $2.26 million of stolen funds to victims and pay $221,500 in civil penalties for a total of nearly $2.5 million in compensation for alleged "pig slaughter" fraud. The platform has not previously responded to the CFTC (U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission) lawsuit, and the judge found that it had "ignored the proceedings without justification."
