On August 14th, Jin10 Data learned that at 12:40 on the 13th, there was a breach of the Lao Ha River in Songshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. As of 12:00 on August 14th, the remaining length of the breach was 2 meters. There are more than 800 rescue personnel on site, with more than 400 large-scale mechanical equipment invested in the rescue, 1 kilometer of widened rescue roads, 3 temporary stone transportation points built, more than 3,000 cubic meters of large stones transported, and more than 40,000 sandbags, and it is expected that the breach will be patched by 14:00.
