The UK-listed company The Smarter Web Company has raised nearly £20 million through a share placement.
Gate News bot message, according to the official announcement, the UK listed company The Smarter Web Company recently conducted a round of share placement. The company issued 6,057,914 new ordinary shares, successfully raising approximately £19,680,874 (before related expenses).
The company stated that after the completion of this placement, it is expected to sign a new subscription agreement. It is worth noting that The Smarter Web Company had previously disclosed its Bitcoin holdings, which had accumulated to 1825 bitcoins as of last week.
