On August 13, according to @EmberCN monitoring, a suspected CEX Capital address transferred 7,300 ETH (, approximately 33.86 million USD ), into CEX again within 50 minutes. Since July 28, they have transferred a total of 31,300 ETH (, approximately 124 million USD ), into CEX, with CEX and Galaxy Digital having an average price of 3,966 USD.
