The donation address of Ross received 300 BTC, which is suspected to come from a compliance risk control address, but not from a self-donation.
PANews, June 2nd news, according to on-chain tracking analysis by ZachXBT, the donation address of Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht received 300 BTC from the output of the crypto tumbler Jambler. The related funds may be associated with two addresses (1Mp5hH and 1CNDW), which were linked to exchanges in 2014 and 2019 respectively and were marked in compliance tools. Both addresses made large deposits to Jambler between April and May 2025, coinciding with the time of the donation. ZachXBT believes this donation is "not self-donated by Ross", but its source poses compliance risks.
