Bitfinex Securities launches two innovative Tokenization products 'TITAN1' and 'TITAN2' in the UK
Techub News reported that Bitfinex Securities has launched two innovative tokenized products in the UK. The first product, TITAN1, will allocate 5 million pounds (about 6.8 million U.S. dollars) of subordinated debt issuance to Scotland's Castle Community Bank, providing investors with a 20% annualized dividend, which will be paid quarterly and locked in for the first 5 years without the possibility of redemption. The second product, TITAN2, focuses on the UK's car finance mis-selling claims, aiming to invest 100 million pounds (about 136 million U.S. dollars) through equity-linked notes, providing investors with a proportional 50% of the claims proceeds. Both products are issued on Blockstream's BTCSidechain Liquid Network, with Allowlist ensuring Compliance.
